I have been a real estate speculator for years, so I know the business pretty well. In my opinion, buying homes for sale by owner is the best way to go about things. When you buy realestate homes for sale put on the market by a big property management company, you are dealing with a slick professional. He or she will do everything in his power to make you buy the house. They know all the tricks, and can make a home that would normally look decrepit appear to be in the prime of its life. (more…)

As a first-time homeowner, I knew it would be a little bit tricky for me to find the perfect home. The first question I heard myself asking was, “I Want To Buy A House, How Much Can I Afford“? Nevertheless, I was pretty sure that I could figure out how to buy a house without any outside help. There are experts in every field trying to tell you basic common sense things that you can figure out yourself. Why would how to buy a home be any different? Buying a house couldn’t be more complicated than buying anything else – or so I thought. I had figured that the only difference was that houses cost more money, so you have be more careful about your purchase. Boy was I in for as a surprise!

We live in a world with uncertain investment opportunities. Although people put a tremendous amount of effort into buying and selling, they make the wrong decisions as often as the right ones. About a year ago, I was just getting into business myself. I was talked into buying land by someone who’d acted like they knew what they were doing. He told me that buying real estate was the surest investment that there is. Buying and selling real estate, you’re almost guaranteed to make a profit – or so he told me. Although real estate investing is an extremely good opportunity, I wish I had known some things then, before I got involved. You should never make an investment, whether you buy real estate, stocks, futures, or some other commodity, without knowing what you are doing.
